At the discretion of Let's Go Shopping Tours, only a 50% refund is available for cancellations to all local tours if made within 14 Days prior to the commencement of the tour. Refunds are not available for cancellations made after the 14 days. Payment of all local tours must be made within one month prior to tour date. All moneys paid for Interstate Tours are non refundable.

If in the event a Customer makes a Group Booking, (minimum of 15 People), the Customer must forward the payment in full one month prior to commencement of tour date. There are no refunds for any cancellation by a participant of a Group Booking.
